Croq’ Michel is a fast food chain dedicated to the croque-monsieur founded by Michel Sarran and his daughters, Emma and Camille.
We wish to keep the authenticity of these delicious sandwiches (a croque-monsieur which is not made up of two slices of toasted white bread is not a croque-monsieur!), while adding a touch of originality, with a simple yet well-crafted range of flavors from all over the world.
Our concept is structured around quality, diversity and rapidity to satisfy our clients, whether to enjoy on-site, to take away or to be delivered at home.

Croq'Michel is seeking a Manager - (FIXED-TERM / 6 Months)
KIOSK HALL 2 – PARIS GARE DE LYON train station

After having opened two points of sales in Toulouse, Croq’ Michel arrives in Paris, first of all in the Hall 2 of the Paris-Gare de Lyon train station for a 6-month period.
The manager of the Hall 2 kiosk in the Paris-Gare de Lyon train station will be responsible for the whole restaurant: reception and control of products (among which the croque-monsieur which will be delivered already assembled each day), management of orders and collections of the grill part and responsible for the stability of the quality, of the customer reception, of the personnel management, as well as, of controlling the turnover.

MISSIONS:

  • 1) MANAGEMENT OF THE KIOSK
    • Management of the dining room (cleaning, installation, customer reception)
    • Management of the orders and of the flows with the grill part
    • Knowledge of the products and their allergens in details
    • Daily management of stocks and purchases, in connection with the cooking kitchen
    • Management of order and management software (Skello / Tiller / E-Pack)
    • Daily management of floats
    • Application and guarantee of HACCP standards
  • 2) Management
    • Organization of services, team planning and briefing
    • Supervision of the activity, servicing, maintenance
    • Representation of the mark, interface between employees and management
  • 3) Commercial
    • Management of the customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Controlling the daily turnover and the achievement of objectives

training:

Croq'Michel is seeking a multi-skilled teammate - (FIXED-TERM / 6 Months)
KIOSK HALL 2 – PARIS GARE DE LYON train station

The multi-skilled teammate will ensure the smooth functioning of the kiosk: reception and control of products (among which the croque-monsieur which will be delivered already assembled each day), management of the dining room and collections of the grill part and responsible for the stability of the quality and of the customer reception.

MISSIONS:

  • 1) INSTALLATION
    • Reception of goods coming from the laboratory
    • Control and traceability of goods coming from the “kitchen” laboratory according to HACCP standards
    • Cleaning and tidying up the point of sale
  • 2) COOKING / COLLECTIONS
    • Cooking the croque-monsieur according to data sheets, and packing, while optimizing the speed of preparation
    • In the dining room: reception, information, and service to the client with a view to loyalty
    • Order payment and preparation
  • 3) MANAGEMENT OF THE KITCHEN
    • Maintenance of the material and of the kitchen
    • Strict observance of hygiene and safety rules

Croq'Michel is seeking a multi-skilled teammate - (permanent Contract)
Paris 20

After having opened two points of sales in Toulouse, Croq’ Michel arrives in Paris, first of all in the Hall 2 of the Paris-Gare de Lyon train station for a 6-month period.
A croque-monsieur cooking kitchen will be adjacent to the first point of sale where the croque-monsieur will be assembled to be delivered to different points of sale.
The teammate will be, with the manager of this area, responsible for assembling, stocking and delivering the croque-monsieur.

MISSIONS :

  • 1) INSTALLATION
    • Reception and control of goods
    • Integration / traceability of ingredients in the E-pack hygiene software
    • Cleaning and tidying up the “kitchen” laboratory
  • 2) COOKING
    • Preparation of the different bases for assembling the croque-monsieur by adhering to data sheets
    • Assembling the croque-monsieur by adhering to data sheets
  • 3) DELIVERY
    • Distribution / delivery of finished goods to different points of sale (two rounds per day, according to the needs)

Croq'Michel is seeking a multi-skilled teammate - (permanent Contract)
Paris 20

After having opened two points of sales in Toulouse, Croq’ Michel arrives in Paris, initially in the Hall 2 of the Paris-Gare de Lyon train station for a 6-month period, and later in the 10th Arrondissement of Paris.
A croque-monsieur cooking kitchen will enable to assemble the croque-monsieur and to deliver them to different points of sale. The manager of this area will be responsible for assembling, stocking and delivering the croque-monsieur. He will manage 3 to 4 people who will work with him everyday. This kitchen will also serve as a point of sale only dedicated to delivery (dark kitchen), that the manager will have to manage with 1 person dedicated to.

MISSIONS:

  • 1) MANAGEMENT OF THE CROQ’ MICHEL COOKING AREA AND DARK-KITCHEN
    • Responsible for the proper upkeep of the kitchen (cleaning / tidying up)
    • Daily management of stocks and purchases, in direct connection with the managers of different points of sale
    • Application and guarantee of HACCP standards (among which management of E-Pack Hygiene software)
  • 2) Management
    • Managing team member schedules and job task organization, and team briefing
    • Supervision of the activity of teammates among which servicing, maintenance, deliveries
    • Interface between employees and management
  • 3) COOKING
    • Preparation of the different bases for assembling the croque-monsieur by adhering to data sheets
    • Assembling the croque-monsieur by adhering to the delivered data sheets
  • 4) MANAGEMENT OF THE DARK-KITCHEN
    • Ensure proper management of Uber Eats / Deliveroo orders (respecting the deadlines, the quality, the bagging process)
  • 5) SUPPLYING THE POINTS OF SALE
    • Layout of finished products in storage boxes and scales for delivery
    • Distribution / delivery of finished goods to different points of sale (two rounds per day, according to the needs)

training:

  • • French CAP (cooking degree) required
  • • Experience at least of two years in fast-food restaurants with management position
